Education Requirements

- High school diploma or associate’s degree (or global equivalent)
- Bachelor’s degree
- CASM® Certification or 30 hours of strategic management education training
Experience Requirements
- 60 months experience leading business (with a high school diploma or associate’s degree)
- 36 months experience leading business (with a four-year degree)
- 24 months experience if you’re a graduate of a CASM® program
Certification Maintenance Requirements
You must have experience for three-year to maintain certification.
